Orders and shipping

How long does delivery take?

Our shipping process is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

  1. Handling Time:All products require a production process. Therefore, our handling time is typically between 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Sunday).
  2. Transit Time:Once your order is ready and has left our warehouse, the transit time is approximately 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Sunday).

How do I track my order?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. 


Can I make any changes to my order now it has been placed?

We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact our Customer Service team mailto:contact@shopluxedeals.com as soon as possible, who will be happy to help you.

If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse before you can cancel or change it, refuse the parcel and place a new order.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
